Dragon Knights loved to use their powers on lesser beings. While they mostly did not care about what goes on in the wiccan and demonic world, they didn't mind using them as a chance to test their powers against such inferior beings. Corvin preferred to hunt demons for his own pleasure. They were void of emotion, and often feigned compassion. In truth, demons couldn't feel any real emotion. No sense of compassion, not even for the thrill of their own power, albeit a weak power, but still something beyond that of human comprehension. But that was their downfall. They could not appreciate what they had, and all these gold digging sleepers of hell could think of, was increasing their own status, rather than making themselves more capable of survival against a greater enemy.
And speaking of survival, it seemed that Corvin may have been wrong in a way, as one demon, the last demon in the cemetary, had been evading him ever since he vanquished the demon's group. They were in the cemetary, attempting to perform a dark rite over the graves of dead witches, in an attempt to siphon what little magical energy remained within their lifeless bodies. Corvin had struck one with an energy ball from behind, and two demons attempted to retaliate. One tried hitting Corvin with an energy ball, and another attempted to flame from behind with an athame. Corvin telekinetically moved the demon behind him into the way of the energy ball, and then killed the other with the former's athame.
That left one more demon, who began to run from Corvin, and the Dragon Knight grinned as he could only enjoy the thought of pursuit for this one. It was a shame that it was only a lower level demon, and a very insignificant one, even for one of a lower level type.
"Come out, come out wherever you are!" Corvin shouted, his voice a sinister beacon of fear, even for a demon in hiding. The demon itself had hid behind a mausoleum, breathing heavily of fear, one of the only emotions that her kind could feel. It did not know how to stop this...whatever she thought he was. And yet, she didn't know why it was after her. But as she closed her eyes, in hope that the stranger would be gone, but as she opened her eyes, Corvin stood in front of her, and within a split thought of a second, Corvin was telekinetically choking her, holding her against the side of the mausoleum. "Your kind are always so very disappointing!" he remarked irritably. The demon conjured an energy ball to her hand, and used what little strength she had left to hit Corvin with it, only to look as it exploded against him, yet did nothing to harm him.
"My turn!" He hissed, forming an energy ball into his own hand.
