With everything that was running amok, the journalist had to move forward. One thing she was certain of, she was like her aunt Piper. Her aunt had never wanted to be a witch. That it was more of an obligation than that of anything else. And it was something the two of them shared. Of having these powers that they had but even if they wanted nothing to do with it, they had to keep going. If not for their own sake but for their family’s. She had never wanted to be a Cupid or a witch, though she had known she had had no choice in the matter as it was in her blood. Everything she had done had been for the better good.
But she liked being a normal female. No demons, no warlocks. Nothing abnormal. Being normal was everything she wanted to be. But couldn’t be a regular girl. Not anymore. She had her notepad with her as she parked outside of her aunt's restaurant. This wasn’t a professional case but a personal one. She had often felt like she was a disappointment only because she wasn’t acceptive of both of her. She only lingered towards the witch side of herself, more so than the Cupid because honestly as a witch she could help people and that was why she did this. It was why she tried to help.
But how could she help someone as a cupid? All they did was help people find love which wasn't a bad thing but it wasn't the life she had wanted for herself. It was something she knew that her parents would never understand. A life her sisters didn't either. She was lost. And she wasn't sure which way to turn. She knew the only person that could really understand the path she was on was her aunt Piper. She was wearing a business suit as she liked to look professional, to be on the safe side more than anything else.
She loved her aunt but hadn't truly had time to talk to her. She would soon get out of her car and hesitated soflty before doing what she had to do next. She walked into the restaurant and had barely been in there a minute or two before spotting one of her favorite aunts. "Hi Aunt Piper. Can we....can we talk in private?" She asked as she looked at her aunt. She only hoped her aunt would understand why she wanted to talk in private. Though she wasn't sure if it was a good idea to ask that here.
