It was early in the morning when Kevin heard elders calling him. He was already awoken and slightly bored in his apartment in this world. He recently had no charges to take care of so he got excited when he heard them calling, thinking that they have probably found someone for him, he left the newspaper that he was reading on the couch and orbed himself up there in hope to hear some good news. Once he was where he was supposed to be, he somehow managed to get to his whitelighter robe before anyone saw him without it and put it on. Lifting his hood over his head and bending his head down as everyone up here did he made his path towards the room everyone seemed to be going to, the room where elders were calling up their meetings. After all it seemed like there is another evil out there with fresh plans about harming the Blessed children. Kevin was a bit disapointed when that thought ran through his mind, he really wanted to get a new charge, but it seemed like it's still not happening. Letting out a slight sigh escape his lips he made his way into the room where meeting were about to be held. As he stood on his usual place he slowly raised his hands towards his hood and made it fall down once everyone in the room did the same which meant that the meeting is starting.
As one of the elders started talking everyone in the room locked their sights on him, and so did Kevin. He was listening to him, but he wasn't really thinking about what were he saying because he was disapointed since he got no new charges and that was driving him crazy lately, he didn't have anything to do, and why did they even give him the second chance if he isn't actually helping anyone. Untill now he was taking good care of his charges, and he didn't understand why it took them so long to give him another ones. Anyway he managed to stay focused on the elders words about the new plan evil is ploting in the underworld. The elders were actually worried if they are going to strike on the Blessed children, but if you asked Kevin he didn't think so, he thought that not any demon or warlock could actually destroy any of the Blessed children so he didn't worry much about that, but it was his duty after all to stay on the meeting untill it's finished. Once they were finally done talking one of the elders announced that the meeting is now over. Kevin nodded his head once and pulled on a bright smile on his face as he was glad that it was finally over. He was bored with the meeting because he didn't get any new charges again. And so a bit disapointed, he pulled on his hood back on and walked out of the meeting room into the huge hallway which was now full of whitelighters.
Kevin let a slight sigh escape his lips again, lowering his head down and thinking how less boring his life would be if they would just give him a new charge already. He didn't really understand why didn't they, so he was confused and concerned a bit about what did they think off him as a whitelighter, were they having second thoughts of quiting him, although he didn't know if that was even possible, but a lot of things were going through his head these days so no wonder that came on his mind as well. After he took a few steps away from the meeting room he smelled quite odd smell for this place. It was smelling like coffee, which was very weird, couse no coffee was allowed here. He narrowed his eyebrows in wonder when he spoted a women, obviously a whitelighter standing in the corner of huge bright hallway struggling with her robe. Which instantly caused him to wonder what was going on. At the same time a quite wide grin appeared on his face as he approached the woman. It was odd that he didn't know her, because he basicly knew everyone from here. Once he was just one step behind her he let out a slight chuckle escape his lips with following words. " Is that coffee that i'm smelling? " He laughed lightly as the women almost jumped from the place she was standing just to turn around and face him. Holding onto his hands behind his back he tilted his head to a side while he was waiting for an answer.
