Trever had been in San Fransisco for a while now, but the whole relocation of his coven wa taking longer than expected, it was running smoothly, but it was still a lot of time and energy put into it, to make sure it kept going that smoothly at least. This is why he hadn't had much time yet to look around in the city itself, or visit the people he wanted, because there were a few that lived her and he wanted to look up, but then you did need time after all to go there. There was also his new job as bouncer that took up the rest of the time that he had, so it was hard finding an empty spot this quickly.
Yet today, today he had found that open spot and made sure that things were taken care of, at least for the next couple of hours, and that if they didn't, some of his people would get their asses kicked since he made himself very clear, and he knew damn well that they were able to, but just sometimes, just let things and being alone get the best of them, if they were paired up wrong and clashed. But they had to learn that even if the new city and manor, they had to keep themselves under control and civilized, maybe even especially if he wasn't there.
Now, it had been a little tricky surprisingly to track Kara down, the one he decided he wanted to surprise visit too, since that had been way too long since he had seen her last, or even spoken to her last, which made him unsure in the first place of how she would react to seeing him. Though this was the perfect situation for him to use his intimidating look to track someone he knew from earlier visits to the city, and was positive about that he could tell him where she was living these days, and was so nice to give it to him without too much persuasion.
Kara was, in Trever's opinion, still a part of the coven, but it had been about just as long as it had been since he last saw and spoke to her, that she was actually involved in much of it, also with being in another city and all that. But he didn't like pushing her into something, and neither did he like pushing her into danger, even if she could handle herself. He'd much rather push her in the kitchen, even if he didn't really need it and ate it, it was still nice to smell and look at her doing so.
Once Trever arrived at the front door, he knocked and raised his eyebrows as he looked around and tried spotting her already, since at a moment like this, mostly when it concerned her, Trever usually wasn't really the most patient kind of guy. "Kara, come on, I can smell your kitchen from here, and it's still fresh, so I know you're in there, and I'm sure it would draw attention and be kind of an unncessary spending if I knock over the door." He teased with a grin on his face as he looked at some of the windows and then back at the door since he thought that would catch her attention clearly enough if he hadn't already.
