In a way, Liz liked to see this as a new start; coming to San Francisco. And she had the feeling it was just that. Even though it would also be something that she wouldn't accomplish totally by walking around the way she did. Where she looked like she owned any expensive clothes, which she honestly didn't. Liz didn't own a whole lot of anything, which often was easy to travel around, if she had to go again. She had her hopes up that the cops wouldn't wouldn't look strangely at her, like they pitied her. Unless of course they recognized her and/or knew who she was. And they would probably do that soon enough anyway. That was pretty much her only constant, that the cops recognized her and she would get into trouble, whether wanted or unwanted yet again. Also, because she was so sure about this, she knew as well that she wouldn't be able to study. Unless a miracle occured, which in her mind, hardly ever happened. Because, let's face it: what were her real chances, if she even had any? Hopefully, she'd get a job though. With someone that was able to look past her attitude and her juvenile record. She may be young, but she had no one. And she needed money. Quickly.
With a sigh, Liz walked past all the little shops and stores in the mall, while she sometimes stood still to look into the windows at what they had to offer. Sometimes she would smile or frown, but always, she had this nagging feeling as if someone was watching her. More particularly the security guards. They were watching her like hawks. At which she rolled her eyes and glared at them, snapping at their behaviour towards her, as if she would steal anything here, or cause a scene for that matter. Yeah, as if! "I'm not going to steal anything!" She yelled at them, before she dropped down into a chair at a cafe. At least she could buy herself a coffee and accept her loss. "Idiots."
