One, two.. HUT!
Brett blasted off from his spot facing away from Jason, running to make the play complete. Football, something they were both good at, but only Jason had ever played in, in high school. Jason could have gone on with a scholarship in almost every sport, but he had chosen to go and build a dream auto shop, something he wanted to do and Lia and Brett had gone with him. Now, just because he hadn't gone to school for it or was a pro, didn't mean he didn't have an arm that could have been a rocket launcher, and didn't always give Brett enough time. Competitive as always, it kinda made Brett tuck into all of the reserves he had to run, jump, and maneuver around the few people that were walking.. and on the ground. Every person he jumped over though, he did make sure to throw a sorry over his shoulder, but he never stopped. Not wearing shirts and getting looks was fun too. Causing chaos you could say, being destructive to society could have, and had been said about the Storms, but to them it was having fun. They didn't have a football field to play on anymore so that meant that they had to improvise and well, the park was the next best thing. He laughed, throwing his head back as he put on another burst of speed and ran onward, glancing over his shoulder to make sure that the ball was still flying toward him.
Ah, Brotherly Times were the best. Lia had gotten each of the vehicles purchased for the garage and had prepared them to detail them for tomorrow. By the day after they were going to have drive-able advertisements as well as cars to take on the job with them. A four door sedan, a souped up truck, and a tow truck. She sure knew how to pick them, and Brett had first dibs on the tow truck.. as soon as it was done.
Oh, shit..Brett thought for a moment before he crashed into one of the prettiest girls he had laid eyes on, taking both of them to the ground. As he watched the ball touch down about twenty feet away, he knew he wouldn't have made it anyway. Shouldn't have been thinking about that truck. He looked down at the girl that was under him, taking his weight off of her as well as most of his chest so he wouldn't get his sweat all over her but not getting up. He was comfy, and if the girl had a boyfriend, well.. his fault for not being there at the moment. He gave her a small grin. "Sorry, my brother..." He started, motioning back to where Jason...had been. Of course he would have left by now. If he wasn't there, it couldn't be his fault. He grimaced. "Can not aim and apparently ran for the hills. Are you okay?" he asked, concerned he might have made her hit the ground a bit hard. Thanks Jason, now I probably hurt a girl in the park. Assault charges coming up next! He sighed, flipping his wet hair out of his eyes. Well, at least she was pretty, couldn't hurt. His staring might make her nervous though, but well she was PRETTY!
